Jason Hawkins

Jason Hawkins is a Senior Portfolio Manager and the Director of Equities for Park Place Capital Management.  Mr. Hawkins joined Park Place Capital in 2026 with 28 years of professional experience.  

In his previous role with Cadence Bank he created the first in-house equity strategy that grew to $600 million in assets.  In total, Jason manages assets for foundations, endowments, pensions, trusts and high net worth individuals.  

Jason holds a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.  He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is an active member of the CFA Society of Mississippi.  His background includes portfolio management, equity management, asset allocation models, and fixed income management.  

Jason resides in Ridgeland, Mississippi with his wife and two children.  His family enjoys skiing and traveling.
