Dave Dear

Dave Dear serves as the Senior Business Development Manager at Park Place Capital.   Mr. Dear joined the firm in February 2026 with over 30 years’ experience in business development, wealth management, portfolio allocation, and retirement/estate planning. 

Dave earned a business degree from Mississippi State University with an emphasis in finance and economics.  Dave also completed graduate work at Southern Trust School at Birmingham-Southern College.

Dave and his wife Gena live in Madison, Mississippi and have 3 children.   Dave has served as a patrol leader for the Boy Scouts, and he currently serves as a Deacon and Committee Chair at First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, Mississippi.
